Kristin SooHoo is an accomplished professional in the optical billing and front office management sectors, currently serving as the Lead of Optical Billing at Acuity Eye Group since January 2018. In this role, Kristin oversees a team of six, facilitates weekly meetings to enhance team performance, and has successfully transitioned from an Optical Biller/Collector position, where significant achievements included reducing accounts receivable over 90 days from 80% to 0% and training small teams. Kristin also brings valuable experience from Arcadia Optometry, Inc., where since January 2011, expertise in training individuals on operational procedures and HIPAA regulations has been demonstrated. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Communication from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Citrus College.
