Steven Dodge has a diverse work experience. Steven began their career in 2009 as an English teacher for Top Training in Prague. In 2011, they became an intern for the Planning/Water Department at the City of Ventura, where they worked extensively with GIS mapping systems and created Powerpoints for planners. Later that year, they co-founded Endless Sustainability, providing an alternative to high food prices in grocery markets by installing aquaponic gardens for personal use. In 2012, they became a Business Development Representative for Houweling Tomatoes, where they developed and managed tomato seed trials and worked with the grow team across all 6 phases. In 2014, they founded Roots and Water and also worked as a Sales Representative for Egrow Chem International. Finally, in 2015, they co-founded Acuity Agriculture, a technology company that builds smart, wireless sensor networks for farms.
Steven Dodge earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2009, having started their studies in 2005.
