Randy Heckmann has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as Regional Account Executive at Acucraft Fireplaces since April 2018, where responsibilities include assisting residential and commercial clients with fireplace designs and ensuring concept realization. Previously, Randy held roles at Stryker's Sustainability Solutions, providing exceptional service to healthcare facilities and enhancing sales through relationship building. At MIDLAND, Randy contributed significantly to the establishment of a Packaging Division and achieved profit objectives within a year. Additionally, at Unisource Worldwide, Randy managed high-value accounts, improved vendor delivery performance, and developed an effective vendor management system. Randy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Capella University between 2013 and 2015.
