Ganesh Rajan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and process optimization across various industries. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Lead at ActronAir since January 2023, Ganesh previously held roles in re-engineering at Commonwealth Bank and as a Business Improvement Consultant at National Australia Bank. With a strong background as a Lean Specialist at Smart and Lean Solutions, and as BPS Manager at Chassis Brakes International and Bosch Chassis Systems, Ganesh has a proven track record of implementing sustainable lean programs and embedding Lean Six Sigma principles. Prior experience includes managing significant projects at PBR International, focusing on automation and innovative process solutions. Ganesh holds a Graduate Diploma in Computing from Monash University, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Chisholm Institute, and a Diploma in Tool and Die Making from NTTF.
