Joris Peumans is the CEO of Prato, a HR technology company specializing in software and services for staffing companies. Joris is also the founder of geneHRations, a network of HR Tech entrepreneurs, and a co-Owner of Progreso HR software. Additionally, Joris is the Owner of Thalento, a leading provider of e-Assessment & Talent Management solutions, as well as a co-Owner of HR-Technologies, Actonomy, HRlinkIT, and Asap HR Group. Joris is also a co-Owner and Founder of Rally2Green cvba, aiming to build the world's first 100% solar-powered rally truck. As a co-Founder of HR Tech Valley, Joris is involved in building a global ecosystem of HR Tech-related companies. Joris holds a degree in Commercial Engineering with an option in IT.
