Tom Hess is an experienced Executive Producer in the gaming industry with a career spanning over two decades. Currently working at Activision since September 2020, Tom holds the position of Executive Producer. Prior to this, Tom was with N3TWORK INC from August 2015 to September 2020, leading publishing efforts and overseeing game scalability as Head of Publishing. Previous roles include Executive Producer at Zynga, where Tom specialized in live events for "Dawn of Titans," and at DeNA, managing the successful "Transformers: Age of Extinction" game. Tom began the career as a Game Designer at Electronic Arts and Neversoft Entertainment, contributing to notable titles such as the "Medal of Honor" series. Tom possesses a BA in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a BS in Computer Science from NYU.
