Maisha Carter is an experienced operations manager and vendor relations specialist with a strong background in player support and customer advocacy. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Player Support at Activision since October 2018, Maisha previously held the position of Sr. Vendor Relations Specialist and has extensive experience at Belkin International from February 2014 to October 2018 as Quality Manager in Customer Advocacy. Maisha's career at Belkin began in August 2004, progressing through roles such as Customer Service Supervisor, Global, QA Coordinator, Escalation Agent, and Customer Service Representative. Maisha is an alumnus of California State University, Long Beach, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1997.
