Robert Guico has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robert began their career at United Airlines in 2003 as a Junior Developer and later moved on to Rand Financial Services, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Database Administrator. In 2008, they joined Lynch2 as a Software Engineer, where they maintained client websites and developed new functionality. At GoHealth, starting in 2014, Robert worked as a Web Developer, maintaining and updating critical applications and building new features. Robert then worked at Persio as a Web Developer, using Agile/Lean techniques to build a single-page web application for retailers. In 2016, they joined Datacubes Inc. as a Senior Web Developer. Currently, Robert is working at ActiveCampaign, first as a Full-stack Developer and now as a Senior Engineer.

Robert Guico attended the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
