Pedro dos Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pedro started their career as a Marketing Intern at pme.box S.A., where they were involved in copywriting, creating sales materials, and providing customer support. Afterwards, Pedro worked as a Marketing & Customer Support Team Lead at InvoiceXpress, where they were responsible for content creation, customer support, social media management, and producing product screencasts. Pedro then joined Google as an AdSense Publisher Support, before moving to Talkdesk as a Customer Support Team Lead. At Talkdesk, Pedro played a key role in assembling the support team from scratch, helping new team members understand the product, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and handling support requests. Currently, Pedro is working at ActiveCampaign as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where they have also held the positions of Technical Support Specialist and Product Specialist.
Pedro dos Santos completed their high school education at Escola Secundária Manuel Cargaleiro from 1999 to 2004. Pedro obtained their High School Grad degree in the field of Design and Applied Arts during this period. Following this, from 2007 to 2010, Pedro attended Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, where they earned a Bachelor of Communication degree with a specialization in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations.
