Marisa Wigley has a diverse range of work experience. Marisa recently joined ActiveCampaign in May 2022 as an HR Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked at On as a Talent (HR) Business Partner, NA from January 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of talent management, learning and development, and organizational design.

Before On, Marisa worked at Saganworks as a Recruiter for a brief period from September 2020 to November 2020. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Continental, starting as an HR Generalist in September 2017 and later becoming a Human Resources Business Partner from September 2019 to June 2020.

Marisa's early work experience includes a role as a Data Entry and Special Projects / Warehouse Specialist at Bird Brain, Inc. from June 2010 to July 2011.

Marisa Wigley obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Global Business from the University of Arizona in the year 2017. Additionally, during the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Studies from the University of Arizona.
