Inês Ferreira has a diverse work experience history spanning several industries. Inês currently works as a Customer Support Team Leader at ActiveCampaign, where they assist the Customer Support Manager with daily tasks, monitors team results, and adjusts schedules as necessary. In previous roles at ActiveCampaign, they served as a Product Support Coach, providing support to agents and handling escalations, and as a Product Specialist, offering support via email and chat to ActiveCampaign users.

Before joining ActiveCampaign, Inês worked at Autodesk as a Customer Support Representative in the Finance Department, where they processed orders, returns, and credit/debit memos. Inês also provided customer service support through various channels and maintained a high level of customer satisfaction.

In a start-up environment at Impossible.com, Inês served as a Customer Support Team Leader for Bond Touch. Additionally, they have held various customer support roles at companies such as Miniclip, Jinn, Easylife Group Limited, Wimdu, Totemic, and Centro Cultural de Belém's Berardo Collection Museum.

Inês Ferreira started their education in 2008 at Faculdade de Belas Artes - Universidade de Lisboa, where they pursued a Licenciatura/Pós Graduação in Arte Multimédia Fotografia/Museologia. Inês completed their studies in this field in 2012. In 2012-2013, they attended Ar.co for a workshop in Ilustração Infantil. Additionally, in 2010-2011, they studied History of Art at UCA Kent.
