Elisa Sahagun has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Elisa recently joined ActiveCampaign as an Office Support Specialist in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Chupi as a Customer Experience Specialist from October 2020 to June 2022.

Elisa also has experience in the finance sector, having worked at OppLoans as an Operations Manager from March 2019 to May 2020 and as a Loan Advisor from September 2017 to March 2019.

In addition, Elisa has held positions at Clayco as an Office Manager in 2016, DAVIDsTEA as a Tea Guide from 2014 to 2016, and The Billions Corporation as a Web Marketing Intern from 2014 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Elisa gained experience as a Booking Intern at Red Ryder Entertainment in 2014, at The Windish Agency from September 2013 to January 2014, and as a Music Venue Attendant at Another Planet Entertainment from March 2012 to August 2013.

Elisa's work experience also includes a role at the City of Santa Cruz Parks and Recreation as a Recreation II/III Leader from June 2009 to August 2013.

Elisa Sahagun obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from Saint Mary's College of California. Additionally, they have acquired certifications in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping, Customer Insights and Consumer Analytics for Organizations: Concepts, and Design Thinking: Customer Experience from LinkedIn in July 2021.
