Richard Ison is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support and photography. Currently serving as a SouthWest Gas Customer Support Specialist at Active Telesource since August 2016, Richard assists customers with natural gas services and addresses billing inquiries. As the Owner and Lead Photographer at Ice Wolf Photography of Portland, Richard specializes in dark, deviant art, delivering extraordinary visual experiences. Prior roles include senior training and technical support positions at Convergys and Retail Imaging Management Group, along with a significant tenure at Affiliated Computer Systems as a Logon Database Manager for Verizon Wireless projects. Richard's early career includes managerial and culinary roles at Subway and Village Manor, respectively. Richard holds an AAS in Integrated Media: Digital Photography from Mt. Hood Community College.
