Melissa Urioste is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the health and human services sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Active Day since January 2019, Melissa oversees adult day programs and NMT services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additionally, as the CEO of Transcend Advisory Group, Inc. since March 2016, Melissa provides corporate strategy and management consulting services. Melissa previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Blue Sky Therapy from December 2002 to February 2016, where responsibilities included managing therapy services across multiple states. Early in the career, Melissa worked as the Director of HR and Accounting Manager at Pathways Center for Geriatric Psychiatry from April 1997 to October 2001.
