Brian Ma has a strong background in program management, customer success, and campaign management. Brian currently serves as a Program Manager at Activate Marketing Services, where they have been working since May 2020. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Customer Success Manager at Milestone Inc from December 2019 to April 2020. Brian also held various roles at TechTarget, including Senior Customer Success - Campaign Manager from January 2019 to December 2019, Senior Campaign Manager, Client Services from June 2018 to January 2019, and Campaign Manager, Demand & IT Deal Alert from July 2015 to September 2016.
