Suzanne Read currently serves as the National Lead Apprenticeship Coach at Activate Learning, focusing on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and staff development to enhance the capabilities and performance of Apprenticeship Teams. Since May 2020, Suzanne has also been a Blacksmith, Leatherworker, and Crafter at Myths of Albion, creating bespoke items for the Re-enactment and pagan market. In addition, Suzanne is a Drone Pilot at Albion Drones and previously held the position of Operations Manager at Activate Cycle Academy, overseeing multiple training centres and a large team of field-based Training Officers. A strong background in retail management is evident from past roles at Halfords and The Cash Store UK, with significant achievements in improving sales performance and team development. Suzanne possesses qualifications in professional coaching and cycle maintenance, among other educational credentials.
