Charlotte Morgan is an experienced professional in the field of student experience and engagement, currently serving as the Head of Student Experience at Activate Learning since July 2017. Throughout the tenure at Activate Learning, Charlotte has held multiple roles, including Head of Campus - Student Experience, Student Engagement Team Leader, Events and Enrichment Coordinator, and Admissions Adviser. Additionally, Charlotte contributed to Whitley Park Primary and Nursery School as a Governor from July 2021 to March 2022 and worked as a Tutor for Widening Participation at the University of Sussex between September 2015 and June 2017. Educationally, Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with Education Studies from the University of Sussex and has completed A Levels and GCSEs at Highdown School and Sixth Form Centre.
