Elliot Ross is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and management consulting. As Chairman of Freestate Farms LLC since January 2014, Ross oversees operations in organic waste recycling and energy production. Additionally, as Owner and CEO of The MFL Group since January 1998, Ross leads a boutique management consulting firm specializing in marketing strategy and pricing. Previous roles include COO at Essef Corporation, which focused on pressure vessels, and Co-CEO at Inverness Partners – Inverness Castings Group, overseeing tier one automotive suppliers. Ross began a notable career at McKinsey & Company, where Elliot was a Partner, leading the global Marketing practice and founding the Pricing practice. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and an MSc in Engineering from The Ohio State University.
