Joe Kiggen currently serves as Chief of Staff at Actian, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager for Software Engineering at HCL Software, where responsibilities encompassed dev management for HCL OneDB and project management of release plans. Joe also managed technical support for HCL AppScan products and has extensive experience at IBM, where tenure included roles as Application Security Support Manager and Project Manager. As Co-Founder and President of Tell My Circle, Joe focused on customer referral strategies, while earlier career highlights also include ownership of a successful Jackson Hewitt franchise and co-founding New England Technology Center, Inc. Joe’s educational background includes studies at Westfield State University and Natick High School.
