Hayley Alderman is an experienced political and organizational leader currently serving as the Midwest State and Local Associate at ActBlue since January 2022. Prior to this role, Alderman held several positions at the Michigan Democratic Party, including Director of Party Affairs, where responsibilities included managing communications between local units and the party, facilitating training for party leaders and candidates, and overseeing statewide meetings and conventions. Alderman's background also includes serving as a Board Trustee for the Port Huron Area School District and managing a successful school board campaign. Additional experience encompasses roles in direct care, office management, and leadership in the Central Michigan University Society for Model United Nations, alongside a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Central Michigan University.
