Michele Williams is a highly experienced registered nurse with a robust background in home health care and oncology. Currently serving as a Home Health RN at ACT Home Health, Inc. since November 2020, Michele specializes in assessing patients with chronic disabilities and coordinating interdisciplinary care. Previously, Michele held various nursing positions at Providence, including roles in the Mother-Baby Unit and as a Case Manager in Home Healthcare, focusing on patient education and care coordination. With a foundational career that includes managing nursing staff at the Breast Care Center and providing direct oncology care, Michele brings extensive expertise in patient assessments, chemotherapy administration, and holistic support for patients and families.
