Tushar Nakra is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, campus hiring, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate HR and Campus Head at ACT FIBERNET since July 2022, Tushar has successfully executed various campus hiring programs and organized the renowned business simulation competition, ACTapult. Prior to this role, Tushar worked at ICICI Bank from May 2019 to July 2022 as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, specializing in recruiting top talent in sales, operations, and loans while leading campus hiring initiatives across Southern states. Tushar also served as an HR Business Partner, collaborating with business leaders and utilizing data analytics to enhance HR practices. Tushar holds a PGDM in Business Design & Innovation from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
