Avantika Susan Nigam is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at ACT FIBERNET since May 2024, Avantika previously held multiple senior roles at PepsiCo from October 2013 to April 2024, including Senior Director HR for Strategy & Transformation and various HR leadership positions covering total rewards and HR business partnering. Prior to PepsiCo, Avantika worked at Aon from October 2006 to May 2012, focusing on organization manning, productivity consulting, and client management in the consumer and pharmaceutical sectors. Earlier career experiences include HRBP at NIIT Limited, where Avantika managed HR operations amidst significant growth, and a role at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in the CHRO's office, tracking corporate HR projects. Avantika holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BSc in Applied Sciences from Delhi University.
