McCully Phyllis is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in leadership and teaching. Since August 2005, McCully has served as Associate Director at ACSI, overseeing membership, accreditation, conferences, school visits, and consulting across six states in the South-Central region. Concurrently, McCully has been a Professor at Walden University since August 2002, teaching in the Masters of Reading and Literacy program online. Previously, from August 2002 to June 2005, McCully held the position of Head of School at Bethany Christian School in Fort Lauderdale, FL, managing the daily operations of the school. Prior experience includes serving as Head of School at Seacrest Christian School from June 1995 to June 2001, where enrollment increased significantly and facilities were expanded. McCully earned both a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Nova Southeastern University between 1990 and 1998.
