Trisha S. L. Smethurst is a CPHR Candidate with extensive experience in human resources and organizational support. Currently serving as a People and Culture Specialist at the Alberta Construction Safety Association since January 2024, Trisha has previously held positions including Human Resources Generalist at Tenfold HR Solutions and Human Resources Coordinator at Edmonton Inn & Conference Centre/Nova Hotels. Trisha's career began as a Project Support/HR Administrator at SWAT Consulting Inc., and included roles as an Environmental Administrator at North Shore Environmental Consultants Inc. and Sales Manager at Anthem Sportswear Ltd. Trisha holds a Human Resources Management Certificate with Distinction from the University of Alberta, is a member in good standing with CPHR Alberta, and is currently advancing education at NAIT.
