Malcolm Bain is a legal expert with extensive experience in the fields of information technology law and intellectual property. Since June 2018, Malcolm has served as a Partner at ACROSS LEGAL SLP, specializing in technology licensing, software and open-source law, technology transfer, e-commerce, and privacy. Prior to this, Malcolm was the Owner of id law partners, a boutique firm focused on Digital Law and Intellectual Property, which merged with ACROSS LEGAL in May 2018. Malcolm also owned legistics from 2004 to 2007 and worked as a researcher at information highway group from 2000 to 2004. Malcolm holds a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of Barcelona, a CPE in Law from the College of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from ESCP Business School.
