As Chief Technology Officer, Oleg is responsible for leading Acronis' scientific and technological vision, including strategy development, innovation policies and alignment between teams.

Before coming to Acronis, Oleg co-founded Parallels (aka Odin, SWsoft), where he spent more than 20 years leading cross-cultural teams in designing, architecting, building and supporting Odin Automation, a complete Cloud Service Provider platform. After IngramMicro acquired Odin, Oleg served as Chief Development Officer, where he led a team of more than 300 product and program managers, developers, developers-in-test, and technical writers.

Since 2010, he's also served as CTO for Runa Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups. In this role, Oleg ensures a thorough due-diligence of companies being considered for investment, and mentors companies in the portfolio regarding product management, software engineering, and product delivery.
