Rachael Hedquist is an accomplished professional in workforce solutions and program management, currently serving as the Workforce Solutions Practice Lead at Acro Service Corp since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of MSP Senior Program Manager at Randstad Sourceright, where strategic partnerships with Walmart were maintained and program management teams were developed. Rachael's experience also includes serving as Regional Vice President of Program Management at Cross Country Healthcare, where oversight of premier MSP accounts focused on client and supplier satisfaction.
