Shawn Ferguson, VBS, has extensive experience in the benefits industry, currently serving as the Director of Voluntary Benefits and Product Development at Acrisure since November 2017. Previously, Shawn held the position of National Senior Vice President of Voluntary Benefits and worked as a Worksite Specialist at Alltrust Insurance from August 2014 to January 2018, focusing on enhancing client benefit packages at no additional cost. Shawn's earlier experience includes serving as the owner/president and Director of Worksite Benefits at Bayside Benefit Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities involved evaluating and improving employee benefit offerings. From September 2004 to July 2011, Shawn operated as a self-employed benefit consultant, facilitating supplemental benefits implementation across various corporations and collaborating with multiple insurance carriers. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from The University of Akron.
