Mark Gregory has a diverse work experience in the mortgage and lending industry. Mark started their career in 2000 as a Team Leader at Option One Mortgage Corp. From there, they held various managerial roles at different companies including New Century Mortgage, Fremont Investment and Loan, and American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. In 2012, they joined Carrington Mortgage Services as a Manager in the Home Retention Department. In 2016, they moved to Finance of America Mortgage LLC as a Manager in the Servicing Operations. Most recently, in 2018, Mark joined Citadel Servicing Corp. Non-Prime Lending where they worked as a Quality Control specialist, Loan Servicing Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Contact.
From 1996 to 2000, Mark Gregory attended Riverside City College. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and successfully completed their Associate's Degree program.
