Lukas Konopka is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in support and operations management. Currently serving as Team Leader Service Desk and Senior Support Engineer at ACP IT Solutions since April 2019, Lukas has previously held multiple roles including IT Operations Team / IT Administrator and Head of IT Support at Proservia - ManpowerGroup from April 2017 to March 2019.
