Yannick TISSIER FERRER currently serves as Directeur de la Commande Publique for Ville d'Antony since October 2015, overseeing the public procurement process and its digital transformation. Previously, Yannick held the position of Responsable Adjoint du Service Juridique, providing legal counsel to elected officials and municipal projects. In addition, Yannick is active in education as a formateur in public procurement at multiple institutions, including ACP and CFPA, and as an intervenant at the CNFPT. Formerly, Yannick worked as a juriste for Agglomération Argenteuil-Bezons, handling public procurement and providing legal advice. Yannick's academic background includes a Master 2 in Administration Territoriale and Droit public général from the University of Montpellier.
