Mark Nattrass is an experienced professional in the field of sales and management, currently serving as the National Field Deployment Manager for the BAT Account at Acosta Europe since February 2016. In this role, Mark oversees six Regional Field Managers and a team of 65 field personnel, focusing on strategy and performance driven by data and insights. Prior to this position, Mark held the role of Regional Field Manager and Field Sales Executive for the Beiersdorf Account, where responsibilities included managing field sales teams and client strategy meetings. Mark's earlier experience includes roles at the National Offender Management Service, McCurrach, Reach, and Tesco PLC, demonstrating a strong background in sales, business development, and team leadership. Mark holds A Levels in Business Studies from South Essex College and various GCSEs from The Prittlewell School.
