Paul Sharp currently serves as a Continuous Improvement Team Senior Associate at Acorns, a position held since October 2021. Previous experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Private Client Banker and Fidelity Investments as an Investment Solution Representative, where Paul received the CEI award for Q2 2018. Prior to this, Paul managed operations at East and 32 Mini Storage and 7th Street Self Storage, focusing on customer satisfaction, staff training, and facility management. Early career experience includes serving as a District Leader for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where Paul led community service initiatives and organized workshops. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from California State University, Chico, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Butte College.
