Janelle Hardy is an accomplished compliance professional and Registered Investment Adviser with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Acorns since April 2021, Janelle also operates J Hardy Investments, LLC, as Owner and Registered Investment Adviser since August 2017. Previously, Janelle held various roles at Northern Lights Distributors, LLC from May 2004 to April 2021, including VP of Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Education & Supervision. Janelle's early career includes positions as a Broker at TD Ameritrade and Investment Centers of America. Janelle earned education credentials from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, attending from 1992 to 1995.
