Kalina Pacha is a Developed Systems Analyst at ACORN INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED since September 2022, collaborating with various teams to resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs. Prior to this role, Kalina served as a Front of House Team Member at The Ferry from May 2022 to September 2022, enhancing guest experiences and boosting sales through effective upselling techniques. Kalina also worked at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from September 2018 to May 2022 in similar front-of-house positions, consistently delivering positive dining experiences.
