Imad Zarkan is a seasoned professional in SAP C4C/CX consulting with extensive experience in functional analysis, integration, and IT support. Currently serving as a Freelance SAP C4C/CX Consultant for VITENS since May 2023, Imad has held key roles including Founder of Allworx, providing SAP C4C/CX solutions and web design since August 2014. Previous consultancy positions include work with Atlas Copco through XQUISIT, and at Capgemini Belgium, where Imad contributed to multiple projects such as the Syncula project and various C4C initiatives. Imad has also worked with NRB Group at Amista, and held roles in IT support at AUSY, enhancing digital workplace capabilities for Telenet.
