Joseph Borgia is an experienced construction and operations manager with a diverse background in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at ACMS GROUP INC since July 2021, Joseph has also held significant positions such as Sales & Marketing Manager and Mechanical Piping Construction Manager at The American Group of Constructors since January 2013 and November 2012, respectively. Previous experience includes a role in process division management at Graycor Industrial Contractors and as General Superintendent for a gas compressor processing plant project. Joseph's earlier roles include a Construction Manager position at BP Whiting Refinery overseeing the development of a new barge facility and Indianapolis Manager of Operations at International Piping Systems. Joseph's educational background includes studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and Purdue University Northwest.
