Priya Sodha, M.S., is an accomplished professional with a strong background in training and development. As the Chief Executive Officer of Innergem, Priya leads initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Consultant at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI), an Identity Group Coach at the ACLU, a Business Skills Coach for American Apprentices Work, and a DEI Group Facilitator with BetterUp. Priya holds a Master of Science degree in Management & Organizational Change Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach.
