Margaret Rohlfing is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the realm of political law. Currently serving as Co-Chief Corporate Counsel at the ACLU since March 2017, previous roles include Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel for Political Law. At Venable LLP from October 2012 to March 2017, Margaret provided counsel on political law compliance and a variety of legal issues affecting tax-exempt organizations, advocacy groups, and nonprofits. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Duke University.
