Casey Rafter possesses extensive experience in both development and social work, currently serving as Deputy Director for Nationwide Development Resources at the ACLU since November 2018. Prior roles include Managing Director of Institutional Advancement at Harlem Village Academies, where Casey designed scalable engagement programs for K-12 students, and a social work position at ProjectFIND, providing counseling and advocacy for older adults. Additionally, Casey has a strong background in the performing arts as an AEA Stage Manager, overseeing numerous productions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Master of Fine Arts in Dramaturgy from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Pomona College.
