Amy Chen currently serves as the Chief Privacy Officer at the ACLU since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing privacy compliance and operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Manager in State & Local Government at both Guidehouse and PwC, where consulting for government entities on strategic goals took precedence. Amy participated in the 2019-2020 Coro Leadership New York program, a competitive leadership development initiative. Previous positions also include Operations Analyst at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, Associate Project Consultant at the NYC Department of Education, and teaching assistant at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Amy's educational background comprises a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, specializing in English and Education.
