Jessica Cisneros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, campaign management, and community engagement. As Co-Founder of LuxCard Marketing and CEO of LUX Builders LLC since December 2019, Jessica has demonstrated entrepreneurial prowess. Jessica also serves as President of the Yellow Heart Committee and Owner of Babeehive, alongside a role as Precinct Captain for ACLU SoCal, where responsibilities include event planning and voter registration outreach. Previous roles include Campaign Manager for Rebecca Barrett, Fellowship Director for London Breed's mayoral campaign, and Community College League of California Board Student Trustee, advocating for faculty and students. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego, an Associate's degree from Diablo Valley College, and a Licentiate degree in Phlebotomy from Contra Costa Medical Career College.
