Jeff Fish is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Representative at Aclara since January 2008, Jeff assists level I technicians, collaborates with engineering teams on software revisions and new product development, and manages the Ready Desk ticketing system.
