Shraddha Dubey has a diverse work experience in the field of data science. Shraddha started their career as a Software Engineer at Iron Mountain in 2012 and worked there until 2017, during which they also served as a BI/Data Analyst and a Junior Data Scientist. Shraddha then joined Mercyhurst University as a Graduate Research Assistant from 2017 to 2019. Subsequently, Shraddha worked as a Lead Data Specialist at Wabtec Corporation, where they developed machine learning models for object detection and classification. Shraddha then joined Aurora WDC as a Data Scientist, where they created and deployed NLP models. Their most recent role is at Disney Star, where they worked as a Senior Data Scientist. Currently, Shraddha is a Technical Lead Data Science at ACL Digital since 2023.

Shraddha Dubey pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2008 to 2012. After a gap of a few years, they then enrolled at Mercyhurst University from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained their Master of Science degree in Data Science.
