Vikas Injeti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership, currently serving as the Director of Partner Success at Acko since February 2023. Previously held positions include Head of Customer Success at Karbon Card, Director of Customer Success at Finvolv, and Chief Operating Officer at Creditap Technologies Private Limited. Vikas has a proven track record in driving revenue growth and enhancing margins through innovative strategies, with significant expertise in customer acquisition and channel partnerships. Earlier roles include Business Head for Digital Services at Ninestars Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and research and teaching assistant at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
