Max Kra is a seasoned professional in the real estate capital advisory sector, currently serving as a Director at Ackman-Ziff since June 2016. At Ackman-Ziff, a leading boutique firm, Max specializes in providing innovative financing solutions within commercial real estate, including debt and equity options. Prior to this role, Max gained experience in asset management at Resource Real Estate, contributing to the management of seven LP funds and two non-traded REITs with a focus on multifamily properties. Earlier experience includes a position as a legal assistant at Arness & Associates, a boutique real estate law firm, where Max assisted in various real estate legal matters. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University and graduated from the Landon School with a high school diploma.
