Nataly Morales is a seasoned professional in executive search and HR consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Ackermann International since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nataly held several key positions at Mandomedio, including Head of Headhunting and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing departmental functions and client portfolios, as well as ensuring recruitment processes were efficient as the Senior Research Coordinator. Nataly's career began with a role as a Research Associate at Insigni Leadership Consulting, contributing to the firm's reputation in the Latin American market.
