Marco Stramaccioni is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Managing Director of ADR Security at Aeroporti di Roma since January 2016. In this role, Marco oversees security operations and is an executive member of the Board of Directors. Previously, Marco held various significant HR positions within the Atlantia Group, including Head of Organization and Global Mobility, where achievements encompassed the redesign of compensation policies and incentive systems, and the implementation of robust expatriate management processes. Marco has also contributed to the improvement of operational efficiency at Aeroporti di Roma, leading initiatives that resulted in a notable turnaround in airport service quality. Additionally, Marco is a member of the Security Technology Panel of ACI EUROPE, focusing on advancements in aviation security technologies. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
