Milou Slots is an experienced professional in change management and IT, currently serving as Manager Change IT at Achmea since January 2022. Previously, Milou co-founded and was the Product Owner for Homies Alarm, a project within Achmea, from December 2015 to January 2022. Milou also held the position of Marketeer at Interpolis from November 2013 to December 2015 and completed a Management Trainee program at Achmea from October 2011 to October 2013. Educational qualifications include a recent Masterclass in Verandermanagement from Nyenrode Business University, a Master of Science in Accountancy and Controlling from the University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the same institution, along with a brief academic experience at Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2008.
